Poopgate

The Capitol Hill newspaper Hill Rag can be considered the “hometown” newspaper of Fina Mendoza. After all, her family lives on A Street NE. Her father works in the U.S. Capitol as a congressman. Even Fina works on Capitol Hill, walking congressional dogs and solving mysteries.

So we were excited to read this fun review by the Hill Rag’s literary critic Karen Lyon. She calls it “Poopgate.”
